Jewelry purchased from Uniyog can be returned within 7 days if the ''Return Conditions'' are met within the legal framework. 

Return/Exchange Process and Conditions Within 7 Business Days: Please send

your return or exchange request  to musteri.hizmetleri@uniyog.com  e-mail address.

Following your return/exchange request, please send the product you want to return/exchange to us in the same condition you received it (product, invoice, certificate, product box and packaging, together with the cargo delivery report indicating that it was sent to Uniyog.com and all other documents and materials).

Your product that reaches us is examined by the Uniyog quality control team and approved if it complies with the return/exchange conditions.

Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned/exchanged.

The invoice, warranty document and certificate of the product must be presented.

If your return request is approved, the price of the product/products will be refunded to you within 10 business days. The amount of refund reflected on your credit card varies from bank to bank. This period is 1 - 7 business days.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

- The entire product, including all parts of the product, is under warranty during the warranty period.

- The first modifications (enlargement, reduction, etc.) and repair and maintenance operations of the purchased products will be carried out free of charge for 1 year from the date of purchase. For enlargements made by adding parts to the product, a fee for the added part will be requested. Enlargement or reduction cannot be made on every product.

- Repair/renovation/enlargement/reduction operations within the scope of the product warranty period do not exceed 25 business days. In cases exceeding 25 business days, the Uniyog authorized person will notify the product owner via e-mail, stating the reason for the delay.

- The time spent on repairs/maintenance within the warranty period of the product is added to the warranty period.

- In case of product exchange, the price of the new product cannot be lower than the price of the old product.

- Products that are damaged or damaged due to use contrary to the conditions specified in the instructions for use are excluded from the warranty and cannot be repaired, maintained, replaced or returned.

- Any interventions made to the product by third parties or institutions other than Uniyog (enlargement, reduction, etc.) will exclude the product from the warranty.
